One alternative to read carefully first
On the numbers, Modo (6.8) looks like the obvious Zula replacement: a bigger library at 2,000-plus games, a 1x playthrough instead of 2x, and an unusually good native iOS app. Player sentiment is high.
The reason we are not leading with it is the legal position. Modo is named in a class action, its redeemable footprint is shrinking, it runs in only around 33 states against Zula’s 39, and it kept operating in Illinois after a state cease-and-desist. If part of why you are leaving Zula is the open lawsuit, Modo does not solve that problem, it changes which lawsuit you are exposed to.
That is a judgement call rather than a disqualification, and the product itself is good. But it should be a decision you make with the facts rather than one made for you by a table sorted on library size.
