Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms of Service set out the rules for using chipreign.com. The short version: you must be old enough to gamble legally where you live, the site is editorial and does not take bets, we don’t guarantee every number is current forever, and nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights.

Acceptance and Age Gate
By accessing chipreign.com you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or 21 if you live in a US state or on tribal land that requires 21 for legal gambling access. If you are under the applicable legal age for gambling content where you live, close this site now. No content on chipreign.com is intended for, or permitted to be viewed by, anyone under that threshold.
You also confirm that you have read these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Affiliate Disclosure. Continuing to use the site is your acceptance of all four. If you disagree with any part of these Terms of Service, stop using the site. For the editorial standards that sit behind this agreement, see our Editorial Policy and Corrections Policy.
Who ChipReign Is
ChipReign is an independent casino review site operating at chipreign.com. It is privately operated with no parent company or holding group. For the purposes of these Terms, “ChipReign”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the editorial team and the legal entity operating the site. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing chipreign.com.
What ChipReign Is and Is Not
ChipReign is an editorial publication reviewing online casinos, sportsbooks and gambling-adjacent services for adult readers in the US, UK and Australia. ChipReign does not accept bets, hold player funds, process deposits or withdrawals, or run gambling games of any kind.
Any gambling you do happens at the operator you sign up to, not at chipreign.com. That operator’s terms govern your account, your bets, your bonuses, your payments and your identity verification. We are not a party to that relationship.
No Gambling, Legal, Financial or Medical Advice
Content on chipreign.com is general information and editorial commentary. It is not professional advice and must not be relied on as such. Specifically:
- Nothing on the site is legal advice. Gambling law changes often and differs by country, state and province. For advice about your specific situation, consult a qualified lawyer in your jurisdiction.
- Nothing on the site is financial advice. Gambling is not an investment strategy. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.
- Nothing on the site is medical advice. Information about problem gambling, self-exclusion and support services is signposting to qualified organisations like the National Council on Problem Gambling, GamCare and Gambling Help Online. It is not therapy or clinical guidance.
- Nothing on the site guarantees a win. All gambling involves risk. Odds, return-to-player figures and variance numbers describe long-run statistical behaviour, not your next session.
Jurisdictional Notices
chipreign.com is accessible globally, but the content is written with US, UK and Australian readers in mind. You are responsible for knowing whether accessing gambling content and operators referenced on the site is legal where you are. If it is not, do not click through to the operator.
Australia
The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) prohibits the provision of online casino games and in-play sports betting to Australian residents. ChipReign’s Australian coverage focuses on legally available product: licensed wagering, sports betting, lotteries and scratch services offered by Australian-licensed operators. We do not promote offshore online casinos to Australian readers.
United States
Online gambling legality is state-specific. Some products (online sports betting, online casino, poker, daily fantasy, lotteries) are legal in some states and illegal in others. Some are legal on tribal land but not in the same state’s commercial venues. Nothing on chipreign.com should be read as a licence to gamble in a state where you are not legally permitted.
United Kingdom
Online gambling is legal in Great Britain when provided by a UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) licensee. chipreign.com references only UKGC-licensed operators when writing for a UK audience.
Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships
Some links on chipreign.com are or will become commissioned affiliate links, meaning an operator pays us if you sign up and deposit after clicking through. As of the “Last updated” date on this page, ChipReign has no live affiliate partnerships. When we do, every page with a commissioned link will carry a visible disclosure above the first link. Full terms are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
Commission does not change the bonus, wagering requirements, odds, deposit method or payout speed you see at the operator. Editorial ranking is set before commercial terms are negotiated and does not change because an operator pays us.
Accuracy, Updates and “As Is”
We fact-check every review before publishing and we update content when bonuses, licences, ownership or legal status change. But the industry moves fast. Bonus terms change. Operators lose licences. Laws get amended mid-year. By the time you read a page, a specific number may be stale.
Before acting on anything you read here, confirm the current position on the operator’s own site and with your local regulator. ChipReign provides the site “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that content is current, complete, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or malicious code. Where law permits, all implied warranties are disclaimed. Where law does not permit such disclaimers (notably under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Australian Consumer Law), your statutory rights remain unaffected.
User Conduct and Submissions
If you submit a comment, review, correction, email or any other content to chipreign.com, you agree not to submit anything that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, obscene, hateful, or inciting violence.
- Infringes a third party’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Contains malware, viruses, or code intended to damage systems or data.
- Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or automated scraping.
- Pretends to be someone you are not.
- Promotes unlicensed gambling operators or circumvents local gambling law.
We moderate submissions. We may edit, reject, remove or redact anything that breaches these Terms, without notice. Repeat violations may result in you being blocked from the site.
Licence Over User Content
When you submit content to chipreign.com (comments, reviews, corrections, testimonial quotes, correspondence you consent to publish), you grant ChipReign a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to host, display, edit, quote, redistribute and use that content in connection with the site and its editorial mission. You retain ownership. You can ask us to remove your submission at any time via editorial@chipreign.com.
You warrant that content you submit is yours to licence: that is, you own it or have the rights to share it, and posting it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Intellectual Property
Editorial content on chipreign.com (articles, reviews, rankings, original images, site design, code and the ChipReign name) is owned by ChipReign or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, sell, rent, syndicate, mirror or create derivative works from our content without written permission. Short quotations for review, commentary or criticism, with clear attribution and a link back to the original article, are fine under fair use and fair dealing principles.
Operator logos, brand names, game screenshots and trademarks appearing on the site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and review purposes only. Their appearance on chipreign.com does not imply endorsement of ChipReign by those brands.
Third-Party Links
chipreign.com links to third-party operator websites, regulator sites, news outlets and support organisations. We do not control those sites. We are not responsible for their content, their terms, their privacy practices, or anything that happens to you after you leave chipreign.com. Follow a link, you follow it at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChipReign (including its operators, contributors and service providers) is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of chipreign.com, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, gambling losses at any linked operator, or emotional distress, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damage.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site is limited to the greater of £100 or the total amount (if any) you have paid to ChipReign in the 12 months preceding the claim. You do not pay ChipReign anything to use the site, so in most cases this cap is £100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent statutes in your jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this clause.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ChipReign harmless from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement of a third party’s rights. This clause does not apply where local law prohibits it.
Termination and Suspension of Access
We can suspend or terminate your access to chipreign.com at any time, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law, or abused the site’s comment, review or contact features. You can stop using the site at any time. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version is always dated at the top of this page, and every material change is logged in the Document History below. For substantial changes, we will post a notice on the homepage for at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Continuing to use the site after a change is your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Governing law and jurisdiction depend on where you reside:
- United Kingdom residents: these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
- Australian residents: these Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without displacing any non-excludable right under the Australian Consumer Law or the Privacy Act 1988.
- United States residents and everyone else: these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
Consumer protection laws in your country of residence that cannot lawfully be displaced by a governing-law clause remain in force.
Severability, Entire Agreement, Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, form the entire agreement between you and ChipReign regarding your use of the site, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to create an account to use ChipReign?
No. chipreign.com is readable without any account or registration. You only provide personal information if you voluntarily subscribe to a newsletter, submit a comment or review, or email us.
Does ChipReign accept bets or hold money?
No. ChipReign is an editorial site. All gambling, deposits and withdrawals happen at the licensed operator you sign up to, governed by their terms, not ours.
Can I republish a ChipReign review on my site?
No wholesale republishing. Short quotations (up to about 75 words) for review, commentary or criticism with clear attribution and a link back to the original article are permitted. For longer excerpts or syndication, email editorial@chipreign.com.
What happens if a casino I signed up to through ChipReign refuses to pay out?
That dispute is between you and the operator. You can escalate to the operator’s licensing regulator (UKGC, state US gaming commission, or Australian licensing body). Let us know what happened via editorial@chipreign.com so we can update the review to reflect the pattern.
Is ChipReign liable if an operator I click through to loses my money?
No. Gambling losses are not a ChipReign liability. Our role is editorial: we describe and assess operators; you make the decision to play. The Limitation of Liability clause above sets out the full scope.
What do I do if a page on ChipReign is wrong?
Email editorial@chipreign.com with the URL and the specific correction. We respond within 5 business days on factual corrections, 10 business days on stylistic ones. See our Corrections Policy for how we handle updates.
Can I use the ChipReign name or logo?
Not without written permission. Journalistic references (“according to ChipReign, the best UK-licensed poker rooms in 2026 are…”) with a link are fine and welcomed. Commercial use of the name or logo requires a licence from us.
Does accepting these Terms waive my consumer rights?
No. Statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Australian Consumer Law, US state consumer-protection statutes and equivalent laws elsewhere cannot be contracted away and apply regardless of anything in these Terms.
